Pampa El Cepillo is the starting point of Deos.
An extreme location in the Uco Valley, shaped by high altitude,
constant winds, and poor soils of alluvial origin.
The dramatic thermal amplitude and cold climate define wines of natural tension,
precise fruit, and profound character.
Here, the vines grow with effort, reaching deep for water,
faithfully expressing the landscape that surrounds them.
As time passed, the project grew.
Today, we also work with other vineyards, always under the same premise:
to respect the identity of each site and let the terroir
express itself without artifice.

More than a region, the Uco Valley is a precision-driven ecosystem. Nestled at the foot of the Andes, it is defined by a radical combination: extreme altitude, alluvial soils rich in calcium carbonate, and solar radiation that forges thick, concentrated skins. In this high-altitude desert, thermal amplitude is not just a climate statistic; it is the engine that preserves the natural acidity and electric freshness defining world-class wines. For us, the Uco Valley is not merely the origin;
it is the technical tool that allows us to achieve uncompromised mineral purity.
At the southern edge of the Uco Valley, Pampa El Cepillo reveals itself as a terroir of profound contrasts. It is an area defined by constant winds and slow ripening that preserves the fruit's natural acidity and freshness. Here, soils with calcareous deposits and fine sands yield elixirs of silky texture and vibrant elegance; it is the purest interpretation of the untamable mountains.
San Carlos is not just a spot on the map, it is our origin and our sanctuary. Located at the southernmost point of the Uco Valley, this district combines the region's greatest thermal amplitude with unparalleled water purity from direct snowmelt. Here, among ancient vineyards and breathtaking landscapes, our search finds its purpose: protecting the roots so that each elixir is an honest and pure expression of this
untamable land.
Recognized as one of the birthplaces of world-class viticulture, La Consulta is synonymous with balance. Its alluvial soils, rich in rounded stones and silts, allow roots to explore the depths of the earth. The result is an elixir of great aromatic concentration and velvety tannins; a noble expression that reflects the accumulated wisdom of a
legendary terroir.
Rising toward the foothills, Tunuyán offers a landscape of poor, rocky, high-altitude soils. It is a terroir defined by the mountain chill and the character of the calcium carbonate that coats the stones. In these extreme conditions, the vines struggle to yield clusters of unique concentration, giving life to elixirs with sharp minerality, great tension, and a purity that only the Andean air can bestow.
Under the imposing gaze of the volcano, Tupungato rises as a terroir of radiant light and freezing nights. Its soils of volcanic and alluvial origin, combined with an altitude that defies limits, grant exceptional ripeness and a vibrant natural freshness. In this corner of the Valley, nature gifts us treasures of great aromatic intensity and a crystalline structure, capturing the pure energy of the heights.
